Vista Activation x64 Vista Ultimate with all Live Updates Install including the 1 that you should not install due to DeActivation As you can see all is good

Activates & you can Reactivate after 180 Days & again & again Tested as well by Advancing the Clock to 2010 & Rebooted But Needed Activation Again So put the Clock Back to todays Date & Still Needed Activating so I did again Successfully... it does Work

When you have Booted into Vista for the Very 1st time Open up the (User Accounts) Where it says "Make changes to your account" Goto the Bottom where it says "Turn User Account Control on or off". In the window that you now see "Untick" the Box, There's only 1 Box

Restart Computer.

1.) Right Click on the (Command Prompt) and Choose to "Run As Administrator" Now Copy and Paste Exactly as shown in the following Location to the Command Prompt Window.

C:\Windows\System32\services.msc

Look for and Stop "Software Licensing"

2.) Now you need to Take Ownership of the following Files by Following this Process

a.) Right Mouse Click on File then Left Mouse Click on "Properties"

b.) At Top Next to General Click on the "Security" Tab

C.) The Window that has the Heading --> (Group or user names:) Select the --> Administrators (YourName-PC\Administrators)

Now looking below Click on the "Advanced" Tab Highlight the --> (YourName-PC\Administrators)

Now looking below Click on the "Advanced" Tab Highlight the --> (YourName-PC\Administrators)

D.) Repeat Step (B.) Only Then The Window that has the Heading --> (Group or user names:) Highlight --> (YourName-PC\Administrators) Then Click the "Edit" Tab Again Highlight --> (YourName-PC\Administrators) and Now Tick all the Boxes that are Under the Allow, Click Apply then Yes to Popup Window Clicking Ok to Exit all Windows

3.) Files and locations Open My Computer and Copy and Paste the following Locations into the Address Bar

For the File (tokens.dat) C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing

For the File (pkeyconfig.xrm-ms) C:\Windows\System32\licensing\pkeyconfig

For x64 Version Only C:\Windows\SysWOW64\licensing\pkeyconfig

Have Now Tested on the x64 and x86 Versions (32bit & 64bit)
